Social Media Engagement Analysis

Objective: To analyze the content strategy and audience engagement levels of the Millersville University English and World Languages (@ville.englishworldlanguage) Instagram account.

The Challenge: Institutional social media often struggles with "passive" engagement—high reach but low community discourse. This project was designed to identify which content pillars (Educational, Event-based, or Community-driven) successfully converted followers into active participants.

In this analysis, I attempt to identify successful user discourse, as well as highlight ways to increase the engagement. I also identify the core audience, as well as fringe audiences the content might appeal to.
